Holly Anderson

Trade Account Manager

Holly joined KBC in July 2025 as an Account Manager, bringing to the team a love of outdoor adventure, drive to cultivate strong relationships and diverse travel experience.

Born in Kuala Lumpur, Holly was exposed to a variety of cultures, cuisines, and languages from an early age. This sparked a passion for people and places, leading her to pursue a degree in International Development at the University of East Anglia. She later embarked on an epic round-the-world trip, interrailing across Europe, backpacking through Southeast Asia, and road-tripping around Australia and New Zealand.

Holly began her career at STA Travel, where she managed wholesale partnerships with European agents and oversaw product development campaigns. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, she stepped away from the travel industry and redirected her client relations and business development skills into recruitment within the architecture and design sector. She now brings a versatile skill set and strategic thinking to her role at KBC.

Outside work, Holly enjoys unwinding by walking the South Downs, playing tennis, skiing, and—more recently—running, having completed the Sydney Half Marathon. When she’s not outdoors, you’ll likely find her in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes.
