Kate is the Chief Executive and owner of kbc.  Hence the name.  She’s built the agency up over the last twenty years with boundless enthusiasm for her own specialist areas; public relations and international marketing.

Lisa is kbc’s longest serving team member, clocking up 11 years plus.  Lisa cut her teeth in PR at kbc, but sales is where her heart lies.  There’s nothing she enjoys more than developing close, mutually beneficial relationships with partners and clients, and she is acknowledged by her peers as a masterful operator.

David is kbc’s PR Director, leading a team of six and overseeing all of the agency’s PR activity, with particularly close involvement in our work for the Florida Keys and The Leisure Pass Group, as well as being a key member of the company’s senior management team.

Della is our Senior Trade Account Director, working with agents, operators and partner organisations as part of her mission to ensure the Peach State of Georgia is ‘on the mind’ of the UK travel industry.

Account Director

Jenni joined kbc in 2013 and is now firmly part of the furniture. As our Trade Account Director, Jenni has an in depth understanding of international destination representation and has built strong relationships with her clients and the UK and Irish travel trade. She currently devises and executes sales and marketing campaigns for RMI and the Utah Office of Tourism.

Account Director

PR Account Director Louise oversees the PR accounts for Travel Alberta, the Capital Region USA and Loews Hotels & Resorts. Her role includes devising creative integrated communication strategies across both on and offline platforms for her clients to generate maximum coverage and awareness.  

Vicky Brabin

Account Director

PR Account Director Vicky is kbc’s adventure specialist, leading PR activity for Destination British Columbia, Snowsport England and The Old Bell Hotel.

Sarah is the team’s Trade Account Manager, and loves nothing more than getting her teeth stuck into training travel agents and tour operator reservations staff across the country, or helping consumers configure their dream British Columbia itinerary at a travel show.

The PR team’s go-to-girl, Hayley has not only lived in three countries in as many years, she gained a degree in one of them, studying American Literature at Roanoke College in Virginia. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in American Studies from the University of East Anglia.

Natalie is our Sales Support Executive, bringing to the team valuable experience in customer service and event management. Natalie uses her natural creative flair in styling events for our clients, as well as running our ‘behind the scenes’ operations for a number of our trade accounts.

Fay is the latest addition to the PR team, bringing with her invaluable experience in B2B journalism and social media marketing, as well as her devotion to the US. She provides day-to-day support for the team and clients, from responding to media enquiries to creating YOLO-inspired social media content.

Lynn Lashbrook

Financial Controller

Lynn looks after all things accounting at kbc.  Since joining in May 2013 she has made it her job to get to know our clients and work with them to make sure the finance side of our relationships runs smoothly.

Deborah Farmer

Office Manager and Sales Support

Deborah joined kbc in March 2016 as our Office Manager, assisting in all matters financial and taking charge of our general day to day administration.
