Using locally sourced, seasonal and sustainable ingredients from the resorts 3,800 square foot organic garden, Crown Landing is dedicated to supporting local business – even the tables, chairs and plates are locally sourced.
Loews Coronado Bay Resort also opened a friendly counter-service called the Silver Strand Exchange which features a range of healthy take away choices from local producers to include a fresh juice bar that transforms into a mixology station by night, artisan sandwiches and salads, pastries and local gelato.
