Caroline Beaton 

Trade Account Director

Caroline joined KBC in February 2025, bringing extensive experience in travel sales and marketing. She has worked for both travel companies and agencies, successfully increasing product and sales across hotels, destinations and even shopping outlets in North America, Europe and the UK.

Prior to joining us Caroline worked for seven years for Visit Finland, playing a key role in representing the destination in the UK and Irish markets. Her expertise lies in relationship building, business development, and marketing communications.

Outside work, Caroline loves spending time with her family and with close relatives in Africa and Italy – any excuse to travel! An outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys hiking, running, and is a novice fisherwoman (usually paddling the 2-person kayak while her husband fishes). She’s also passionate about live concerts, theatre, and sports.
