Kate is the Chief Executive and owner of KBC.  Hence the name.  She built the agency up over the last nineteen years with  boundless enthusiasm for her own specialist areas; public relations and international marketing.  With experience in TV advertising, charity marketing and tour operations, Kate has a wealth of experience to share.

Lisa Cooper

Lisa Cooper

Director of Trade Representation

Lisa came back to KBC in 2009 having spent two years away gaining experience at another travel and tourism destination representation company. Earlier in her career, she was the Retail Sales Manager at Virgin Atlantic for eight years, leading a team of sales reps and liaising daily with tour operators and agents alike.

Director of Public Relations

David is the Director of Public Relations for KBC, having joined us in January 2013, and he leads the agency’s PR team. David has spent most of his career in travel and tourism PR with another of the industry’s respected agencies, gaining extensive experience across a wide range of travel sectors, destinations and products.

Account Director

Account Director Jo joined us in August 2011 from escorted tour operator, Titan Travel, where she worked as Senior Marketing and PR Executive for four years. She has also worked at two other UK travel PR and Marketing agencies, representing a variety of leading international travel brands.

Jenni Bridgman

Account Director

Jenni’s background is solely in tourism sales and marketing with a career spanning the South East England Tourist Board and two creative agencies before kbc.  She is a consummate organiser and at the same time an excellent creative thinker.  Rare to find in one person.

Louise Evans

Account Director

Louise joined kbc in April 2016 from leading tour operator Thomas Cook. Prior to that, Louise worked at various other travel representation agencies where she managed a number of destination tourist boards, mainly in North America, as well as hotel brands, individual safari lodges and also an airline.


Beth Higham

Account Manager

Beth joined kbc in March 2015 from tour operator Virgin Holidays, where she worked in-house for several years helping to promote their holiday programmes in the USA, Caribbean and beyond.

Claire joined kbc in October 2015 after taking a maternity break and previously worked for tour operator British Airways Holidays and the airline British Airways, helping to promote world-wide holiday destinations including the US, Caribbean, Europe and Asia.

Financial Controller

Lynn looks after all things accounting  at kbc.  Since joining in May 2013 she  has made it her job to get to know our clients and work with them to make sure the finance side of our relationships runs smoothly.

Working hand in hand with Rachel, we can add value to destinations and businesses through the development and implementation of creative sustainability solutions.

Hayley Musson

PR Account Assistant

Hayley joined kbc in November 2016 from a background in customer service, complementing time spent working with Specialist Holidays Group, Thomson Lakes and Mountains in Austria. An avid traveller, Hayley holds a degree in American Studies from the University of East Anglia and has studied in the United States at Roanoke College in Virginia where she majored in American Literature.

Tracy Long

PR Consultant

Tracy is a highly experienced public relations professional with over 20 years’ experience within the travel industry. Her career in the travel industry began in 1997 with British Airways Holidays. Since then she has spent years promoting tour operators to the UK consumer and travel trade media.


Della Tully

Senior Trade Account Director

With 30 years’ experience in the travel industry, Della Tully brings her specialist knowledge of the US South to kbc following eight years representing Alabama Tourism and Deep South USA. Her unrivalled reputation in the industry and extensive travel industry contacts make her indispensable to the kbc trade team, while her account management skills – working with agents, operators and industry partners – mean Della is the perfect choice to spearhead Georgia Tourism trade activity.


Deborah Farmer

Office Manager and Sales Support

With a strong background in office management, Deborah keeps the kbc machine running smoothly as well as playing a vital support role to the Trade team.


Lily Davis

Account Manager

With four years’ experience in PR, social media and digital marketing, Lily joined KBC in April 2017 from a specialist lifestyle and interiors agency. Keen to combine a desire for travel with her profession, Lily began her career at VisitEastbourne and The Massey Partnership, and therefore arrives at KBC with a unique understanding and passion for luxury, local and international travel PR.


Natalie Wiles

Sales Support Executive

Natalie joined kbc in August 2017, bringing to the team valuable experience in customer service and event management. Originally from a musical theatre background, Natalie is using her creative flair in event styling for our clients, as well as running our ‘behind the scenes’ operations. You will see her at trade shows and training days as she can talk the hind leg off a donkey (as we say in the UK)! With strong organisational skills, Natalie looks after the company’s travel arrangements and has already established herself as the ‘go to gal’ in the office.
