Hayley Gee

Hayley joined KBC in February 2012 having spent a year heading up Marketing and PR at Natural World Safaris.  Previously, Hayley was Sales Manager at Cactus Language Holidays and prior to that, an Account Manager for British Airways for 5 years, where she managed a portfolio of luxury and specialist tour operators including Cox& Kings, Inghams and Saga Holidays, negotiating deals and building great relationships within the industry.

Working for British Airways has given Hayley a deep understanding of the UK travel trade and the experience of managing multi-million pound accounts and creating profitable marketing and PR plans. It has also armed her with the ability to manage strict budgets and the awareness that life is fluid and plans can change.

Hayley is passionate about the travel industry and is delighted to be in a role that enables her to assist in promoting some of the finest travel companies and destinations on the planet.

I knew Hayley Gee when she was our Account Manager at British Airways and I was the Managing Director of Bales Worlwide. This was for a period of three years. She was always extremely professional, took time to understand the business of all the companies she worked with, was always supportive and would be available for us out of hours if we required her help. She was a fantastic Account Manager,, an excellent ambassador for British Airways, kept us very informed of new routes, fares, how we were trading, what we needed to achieve to keep our Preferred Status. In fact I would say she is the best Account Manager we ever had. She will bring success to any organisation she works for.

Hayley is a very hard working, loyal and trustworthy employee and will be sadly missed. She is very knowledgeable, a great team player and has a very positive outlook. Hayley is very popular with all of her customers. One of her major strengths is building relationships, which has been vital to her role as an Account Manager here in Leisure Sales.
